Cancellation & Refund Policy
PAB Property Signature (a trading name of PAB Staffing Solutions Ltd, Company No. 16561497) understands that plans may change. We aim to be fair and flexible while ensuring our team’s time and resources are properly respected.
This policy applies to all cleaning, painting and décor bookings.
1. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking
To cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

2. If We Need to Cancel
In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, severe weather), we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer a suitable alternative date/time
- Prioritise your booking at the next available slot
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
- An overpayment has been made
- Services are cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice and prepayment was made
- We are unable to fulfil the service, and rescheduling is not possible
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
4. Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with part of the service:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of completion
- We will return to correct the issue at no additional cost where reasonable
5. Access to Property
If our team is unable to gain access due to keys, codes or tenant access issues:
- The full-service fee may be charged
This is to cover labour and time allocated to your service.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically.
