Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by PAB Property Signature, a trading name of PAB Staffing Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16561497). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
a. Services Provided
We deliver cleaning, painting and décor services as agreed at the time of booking.
Service details, special requirements and access instructions must be confirmed before work begins.
b. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are based on information provided at the time of booking.
- Should the property condition differ significantly on arrival or additional work be requested, we may revise the price accordingly.
- Any changes will be agreed before continuing.
Prices may vary based on:
- Size and condition of the property
- Required labour, equipment and materials
- Travel distance outside Northampton area
c. Access to Property
Clients must ensure access to the property on the agreed date and time.
If access is not possible due to client error:
- A call-out fee may apply or
- The full booking fee may be charged
Keys or codes provided must allow uninterrupted entry.
d. Health & Safety
To protect our staff:
- Breakable or hazardous items should be stored safely
- Areas should be reasonably free of clutter
- We may refuse tasks involving health risks (e.g., bodily fluids, infestations) unless previously agreed as a specialist clean
e. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice: No charge
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee may be charged
- Same-day cancellation or no access: Full charge may apply
Emergency changes will be considered reasonably.
f. Payments
Payments are due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- Approved invoice arrangements for commercial clients
- Late payments may incur statutory interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to apply a reasonable administration fee to cover the cost of chasing overdue invoices.
g. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of the service:
- Please report it within 24 hours
- We will return to re-clean or correct the issue at no extra cost where reasonable
h. Liability
We are fully insured; however:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear & tear
- Fragile or high-value items must be disclosed before work begins
- We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., rental voids or deposit disputes)
i. End-of-Tenancy Guarantee
We follow recognised cleaning standards, but:
- We cannot guarantee deposit return where landlord expectations are unreasonable or outside our scope (e.g., maintenance issues, repairs)
Photographs are recommended before and after service for reference.
j. Staff Conduct & Confidentiality
Our staff:
- Are vetted and trained
- Will always act professionally and respectfully
- Will keep client information strictly confidential
We reserve the right to withdraw staff if they experience abusive behaviour.
k. Key Holding
Keys may be held securely for scheduled services and returned on request.
Proof of receipt may be required for both handover and return.
l. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect legal or business changes.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
